Honey Wound Gel. grade honey, hypoallergenic lanolin and vitamins C & E. the properties of Soft help prevent the secondary dressing from adhering to the wound bed. Provides a moist wound healing environment when fluid is drawn from surrounding tissues through osmosis, enhancing wound healing. Ideal for use on chronic and acute wounds, surgical wounds, burns, fungating wounds and pressure ulcers at stages 1, 2, 3, or 4.
