Order processing

Orders are confirmed once the invoice for your request has been approved and paid in full. Processing usually begins the next business day after payment is received.

Destinations

Premiere Med Supply ships within Saint Lucia and to international destinations on request. The shipping methods available for your order, along with their cost, are confirmed on your invoice before you pay.

Delivery times

Delivery times vary by destination, carrier, and product availability, and an estimate is provided with your invoice. Larger equipment and special-order items may require additional lead time.

Shipping costs

Shipping is calculated per order based on the weight, size, and destination of the items, and is itemised on your invoice so there are no surprises at checkout.

Tracking

Where a carrier provides tracking, we share the details by email once your order ships. You can also view the status of your orders any time from the Orders section of your account.
